Aquatic Sports
Surf Life Saving is recognised as the most effective surf rescue service in the world. Competition assists the lifesaving movement to sustain this title. Competition has a key role in improving lifesaving skills, fitness and motivation.
From age 8, competitors compete in a range of aquatic and beach events designed to promote fitness and surf skills at all levels.
A framework of experienced coaches will cater training programs to suit member's abilities and provide them an environment where they can achieve their goals.
Once members have obtained their minimum awards and patrolling requirements, they can compete at a local carnival, State, National or International level.
